This 25 gram bag of Green Spectre Pearl powder is a great special effects pigment for adding to clear in paint or powder-coating applications.

Try this in epoxy resin, polishes, sealers or other coatings for a great custom effect!

Treats 1 Gallon of sprayable (128 oz) clear base or binder.

Check that you have the correct ratio of pigment to clear base and ALWAYS spray a test panel first!

Green Spectre Pearl mixes well with any clear paints or tinted candy paints.  It has a temperature threshold of about 1600 degrees fahrenheit. Spectre Pearl is a very fine powder and will spray well through airbrushes, powder guns, and HVLP paint guns. It is very light and mixes well in paint without settling too fast in your gun.  Pearl can make great tinted clears for light to heavy effects (it’s your choice). One 25 gram bag treats from 2 to 4 quarts of clear.

Our ghost pearls are what custom painters use to create those beautiful pearlescent effects that people see on many custom paint and even factory paint jobs. Newer cars and motorcycles are seen with ghost pearl effects done in the factory.  Example: the Lamborghini orange paint with the beautiful gold pearl that we see at the auto shows.  A simpler pearlescent white paints that we see on new Cadillacs or Infiniti cars is achieved with a silver ghost pearl or gold ghost pearl applied over a white base coat. Turning a two-stage paint job into a three-stage paint job is the basic step in creating a quality Green Ghost pearl paint.

Not only are all of our Ghost Pearls completely compatible with liquid wrap or other coatings, we were the first to supply the dip companies with pigments.  If you have any reservations about whether our products work in any other coatings, don’t!  You should know that we were the pioneers who introduced Pearls to the world.

We recommend 1 level teaspoon of ghost pearl per sprayable quart of clear paint/binder, or one tablespoon per pound of clear powder coat.  These are starting ratios and will be adjusted for your specific use.
